Account Executive
This individual must be proficient in maximizing revenues and margins and will have demonstrable experience in direct sales and therefore the capability of leading a direct sales effort. The successful candidate will have experience in selling business solutions in one or more of the following or closely-related categories: Contact Center, CRM, Unified Messaging Solutions and/or Enterprise Software. Experience in selling Solutions directly into the Contact Center space is preferred. This individual must have a proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding revenue and margin quotas on a quarterly basis. The individual must be technically and business proficient and demonstrate a level of reasonable self-sufficiency.

- Excellent communicator, verbally and in writing.
- Strong self starter and ability to self manage.
- Proven Contact Center sales experience.
- Significant business development experience.
- High activity sales cycle for generating new business.
- Telephony and Software Experience is Highly Desirable.
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of direct sales experience.
- Demonstrable track record of personal development and closure of business.
- Knowledge of Telephony applications.
- Experience selling to Contact Centers and mid to large Enterprises.
- Capable of representing the company at the most senior levels.
- Excellent communication skills, sound presentation skills, business aptitude and work ethic.
- Technical Proficiency – an ability to learn and present the solution set to a reasonable depth.
Education Requirements:
- BS/BA or equivalent higher education preferred.
