2014 Customer Service Experience Study

The Interactive Intelligence Customer Service Experience Study (Wave II) was designed to answer these two questions: “What do customers want in a great service experience?” and “What do customers and companies want from the technology behind that great customer experience?” The Wave II study was conducted between March and May of 2014. This study is a follow-on to a similar study (Wave I) conducted in 2013 and sponsored by Interactive Intelligence.
