Solution increases collections efficiency

Collections is an important segment of Concord’s service offering. With centers in Scottsdale, Buffalo New York, and Mexico City, the company handles early and default collections and customer service for many of its clients. Concord’s chief requirement was a system with an open architecture that would allow the IT team to integrate their software and make adjustments as needed. The system needed to handle inbound and outbound calling across multiple contact centers, and it needed to be SIP based, taking advantage of new telephony standards for easier maintenance and lower cost.
