An Altivon Technical Health Check delivers a point-by-point review of our customer’s current environment covering all of the Interactive Intelligence components and integration to other third party applications. This review of the technology ensures that all systems interact with each other as expected.
Altivon will provide detailed education related to Architecture, Sizing, HA/DR Planning, Reporting, Future Proofing, and Overall Industry Best Practices.

Customer Resources Required
In order to create the most comprehensive and successful strategic roadmap, customers may be asked to provide access to the following resources depending on the type of workshop desired: executive sponsor, business liaison, strategic leadership team, call center senior management, and business process owners.
Typically, a Technical Health Check from Altivon takes anywhere from 4-16 hours.
